Around the world, thousands of children with heart conditions face a grim reality. Poverty shouldn’t determine if a heart keeps beating; yet it often does. LWB’s Cardiac Program offers life-saving surgeries, post-surgery care, education to parents, and a support network for families. We welcome your donation in any amount or ongoing sponsorship in a minimum suggested amount of $30 per month. Sponsors will receive photos and updates of the children helped.

Many children in Uganda suffer for years with treatable medical conditions. LWB provides funding for critical medical treatment, much of which is relatively low cost. We also have a focus on providing cardiac care for children in need, often requiring travel to India for life-saving heart surgeries.
