In Uganda, education is a lifeline for breaking the cycle of poverty. Yet, many children face insurmountable barriers to attending school. Financial constraints, overcrowded classrooms, and a lack of basic learning materials make it difficult for families to keep their children in school. For girls, the barriers are especially daunting, with early marriage and domestic responsibilities often pulling them away from their studies.

How Your Donation Helps

Over 75 children in Uganda rely on LWB for their education support. With your help, we aim to raise $15,000 to provide school fees and essential education supplies to some truly remarkable children who otherwise would be unable to attend school.
● $30 helps provide one month of education for a child
● $50 helps provide essential books and school supplies
● $100 helps provide food staples for three months
● $500 helps provide tuition, room, and board for a child in need for one semester.
