Myles: Cambodia Believe in Me School

7-year-old Myles is winning the respect of his friends and teachers alike. Each morning he quickly settles himself in his seat and pays close attention to his teacher. He is said to "handle his pencil well" which is definitely needed to form the complex 77 character Khmer Script into an infinite number of words that he is mastering each day. Myles frequently helps his peers understand the daily lessons before he heads out to the playground for break time where he loves to run and play.

Nina: Cambodia Higher Education

Nina lives in a rural village with her seven siblings. Sadly, the children's father passed away several years ago and their mom is often away for months at a time working in the city to support the family. Without assistance, Nina and her older siblings were going to have to leave school and find jobs. They really wanted to continue their education and study for a better future. Nina is in need of sponsors to help with her education and nutritional support.

LWB’s Believe in Me schools in Cambodia serve impoverished children, many of whom are chronically malnourished and suffering from true hunger. Your donation helps provide a daily hot lunch to the children in our schools. We welcome your one-time donation in any amount or ongoing sponsorship in a minimum suggested amount of $30 per month.
